Top 2 Most Frequently Asked Questions.

  1.   How do I increase my speed and agility?
  2.   How do I get bigger without getting fat?

Speed and agility are improved by mastering sport specific movements and increasing strength and power relative to bodyweight. If you learn proper mechanics for desired exercises and use a smart overall training program consisting of diet, strength training, recovery techniques, and flexibility you can improve personal bests in the 40 yd. dash, vertical jump, and 20 yd. short shuttle

This is a tough question most turn into a simple answer. From my experience, it is a combination of understanding how foods affect your hormones and how smart you are with your lifting, conditioning and recovery. Most people assume you will get bigger and leaner but the fact of the matter is most just get fatter and slower. They eat the wrong food, put on the wrong weight and this decreases speed and agility. A systematic (gram for gram) diet of low glycemic carbohydrates, lean protein and unsaturated fats will increase lean muscle mass. Your training and conditioning schedule will determine how much weight and strength you gain. If you have a mindless coach who loves to do 2 hour weightlifting workouts, no stretching and recovery periods and tons of gassers you will surely fall into the class of smaller, weaker and slower in short sprints.
